Alexandra Karram is a celebrated interior designer with over 30 years of experience crafting sophisticated and timeless designs for high-end residences throughout Florida and across the United States. Karram´s creative talents extend far beyond interior design. Over the years, she has applied her refined aesthetic to diverse mediums, including furniture, jewelry, and clothing. Her artistic endeavors began with a series of stainless steel sculptures and later expanded to her innovative Medicine Cabinet series—both of which continue to evolve.

The stainless steel series comprises a range of sculptures, from tabletop pieces to wall-mounted works, leaning planks, and large-scale outdoor installations. These creations incorporate both highly polished, mirror-like finishes and brushed surfaces, often structured in increments of 18—a reference to “chai,” the Hebrew word for “life.” The reflective surfaces interact dynamically with their surroundings, shifting with changes in light and activity. This quality underscores the ephemeral nature of life, serving as a poignant reminder of its ever-changing and evolving essence.
