Giovanni Scacchi is an Italian artist and designer renowned for his bold and innovative approach to working with Plexiglas, a material he has transformed into a powerful medium for artistic and design expression. Fascinated from a young age by the visual impact and versatility of modern materials, Giovanni found in Plexiglas the perfect language to convey his creative vision, a passion inherited from his father, Enrico, who first introduced him to this unique world.

After graduating as a surveyor, Giovanni pursued further studies in Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. There, he honed his ability to blend aesthetics and functionality, deepening his understanding of contemporary design. Plexiglas, often underestimated, became the centerpiece of his artistic exploration. His innovative techniques elevate the material, playing with its transparency, reflections, and layers to transform it into a dynamic and living surface.

Throughout his career, Giovanni has collaborated with some of the most iconic figures in international design, including Andrea Branzi, Zaha Hadid, Ross Lovegrove, Mattia Bonetti, Zaniz Yacuboski, Ilaria Marelli, and many others. These collaborations have not only expanded his skills and artistic horizons but also allowed him to integrate his distinctive style with global influences, pushing the boundaries of art and design.
